Recruitment goes social

Have you realized that the way the company recruit personal hasn’t change in many years?

What I mean is that they ask you to send a CV with all your information, which I guess is quiet boring for a person that have to read hundreds of CV’s. So why not send a video of yourself explaining your CV? Check this video to get some tips.

    Although interesting, but seems that you have to put some extra effort in making CV then. May be more time consumming than only writing the CV.

      @Tafzel: It is true what you say, but on the other hand if we don’t move at pace of technology and social media then we won’t be competitive because others will attract all the attention and there won’t be room for us, unfortunately.
      We can also consider that the methods used to produce video, nowadays, are very friendly and easy to manage, so why not to give a try?

    For a moment (until everyone does the same) you get the attention of the employer. That’s maybe was is needed to get the edge (and the job!)
